The work focused on the general renewal of the interior, including the expansion of the construction area, the alteration of the façade set and the landscaping design.

The program aimed mainly at: enlargement of the dining room, the expansion and remodeling of the kitchen, the rehabilitation of the service spaces, the inclusion of a restroom, the enlargement of the suite, the remodeling of all existing sanitary facilities, the construction of a swimming pool and remodeling of the garden.

A obra incidiu na remodelação geral do interior, incluindo a ampliação da área de construção, bem como na alteração dos alçados exteriores e o paisagismo do jardim.

O programa visou essencialmente: a ampliação da sala de jantar, a ampliação e remodelação da cozinha, a remodelação e reabilitação dos espaços do serviço, a inclusão de um lavabo social, a remodelação e ampliação da suite, a remodelação de todas as instalações sanitárias existentes e remodelação do jardim.
