The solution is to assume the new constructions as garden levels. This idea uses flat green roof terraces permitting unobscured views to the sea for all dwellings.
Located northeast of Évora, with an area of 322 hectares with exceptional landscaping, the project provides the development of different buildings: hotel, clubhouse, single family houses, touristic apartments (lock-off or clusters) and other touristic facilities.
The concept establish a relationship with the Traditional Alentejo Architecture solutions. The farms appear mixed among orchards, golf and wooden areas, and the urban sites.

Situada a Nordeste de Évora, com uma área de 322 hectares com excepcional enquadramento paisagístico, o projecto prevê o desenvolvimento das diferentes tipologias: hotel, clubhouse, moradias, apartamentos turísticos (em lock-off ou em clusters) e equipamentos de apoio.
A proposta estabelece uma relação com as soluções da Arquitectura Tradicional Alentejana. As quintas/montes surgem intercalados entre pomares, áreas arborizadas, golfe e os núcleos urbanos.
